As a publisher of news and current affairs content, Khabri Dost follows the grievance redressal framework set out under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 (as amended), which applies to digital news publishers in India. This page explains how the process works and how you can raise a concern.

10.4 Our response process (Level I — Publisher self-regulation)
- We acknowledge receipt of your grievance within 24 hours
- We aim to resolve the grievance within 15 days of receipt, in line with the timelines set out under the applicable rules
- Where the grievance concerns a factual error, resolution will follow our Corrections Policy
- Where the grievance involves a legal or defamation concern, it will be reviewed by our editorial and, where necessary, legal team before a decision is made
10.5 Escalation beyond Khabri Dost (Level II and Level III)
If you are not satisfied with how your grievance has been handled at the publisher level, the IT Rules 2021 framework provides for further escalation:
- Level II — Self-Regulatory Body: a body of publishers, registered with the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, that reviews unresolved grievances
- Level III — Oversight Mechanism: an Inter-Departmental Committee constituted by the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, which serves as the final level of escalation under the framework
[If Khabri Dost is a member of a specific self-regulatory body, add its name and contact details here.]
10.6 Record-keeping
We maintain a record of grievances received and their resolution, as required under applicable regulations, for accountability and future reference.
10.7 Good faith complaints
We ask that complaints be submitted in good faith, with accurate contact information, so that we can review and respond appropriately. Frivolous or repeated bad-faith complaints may be declined.
