- Explainers — breaking down complex political developments, bills, and policies into plain language
4.2 Editorial independence
Khabri Dost’s editorial decisions — what we cover, how we frame a story, and which quotes or context we include — are made independently by our editorial team. We do not accept payment, favours, or pressure from any political party, politician, government body, or advertiser in exchange for favourable coverage, and any such attempt would be firmly declined.
4.3 Our editorial process
A typical political news story on Khabri Dost goes through these stages:
- Sourcing — the story is based on an official statement, press release, verified social media post, established news agency report, or on-ground information
- Verification — where possible, claims are cross-checked against more than one source before publishing, particularly for sensitive or controversial claims
